We offer a range of development consultancy services to Housing Associations and Local Authorities in England and Wales, from helping to identify new opportunities through to overseeing delivery to handover stage. At Atticus we work closely with development teams to ensure we fully grasp our clients’ requirements.
Our services include:
Pre-Contract Services
- Sourcing Land, Package deals and Section 106 opportunities
- Undertaking due diligence on new opportunities
- Preparing financial appraisals and option appraisals
- Preparing offers
- Negotiating terms (including leading on contract negotiations)
- Instructing consultant teams
- Preparing reports for Executive Teams and Boards
Project Management Services
- Acting as ‘client’ on behalf of the housing association and Local Authorities
- Managing and co-ordinate professional teams and contractors/developers
- Attending design meetings, site meetings and handovers and resolving associated matters on behalf of the client
- Liaising with internal housing management, asset management and other teams as required
- Updating appraisals, cashflows, IMS
- Reporting on programme, costs, risks and other matters as required
